- 5 lasers: 20mW UV (355nm), 100mW Violet (405nm), 50mW Blue (488nm), 50mW Yellow-Green (561nm), 80mW Red (640nm) spatially-separated laser sources
- 64 fluorescent detectors (16UV-16V-14B-10YG-8R)
- Semiconductor array for each laser enabling more efficient spectrum capture in the 420nm-830nm range. No filter changes required for any fluorophores excited by the 355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 640nm lasers.
- Pulse Area and Height for all parameters; Pulse Width of scatter parameters and one fluorescent parameter per laser.
