- 3 lasers: 100mW Violet (405nm), 50mW Blue (488nm) and 80mW Red (640nm) spatially-separated laser sources
- 38 fluorescent parameters (16V-14B-8R)
- Semiconductor array for each laser enabling more efficient spectrum capture in the 420nm-830nm range. No filter changes required for any fluorochromes excited by the 405nm, 488nm and 640nm lasers.
- Pulse Area and Height for all parameters; Pulse Width of scatter parameters and one fluorescent parameter per laser
