- 4 lasers: 100mW Violet (405nm), 100mW Blue (488nm), 100mW Yellow-Green (552nm), 100mW Red (638nm) laser sources. Blue and Yellow-Green lasers are collinear (See Configuration and Fluorescent Guide) but spatially-separated from the Violet and Red lasers.
- 3 laser modes (Yellow off (100mW B, 0mW YG) Yellow/Blue balanced (60mW B, 60mW YG), Yellow only (10mW B, 100mW YG)) that modulate the power output of the blue and yellow-green collinear lasers
- 12 fluorescent detectors (4V-5B/4YG-3R)
- 3 backscatter detectors (BSV (405nm), BSB (488nm), BSR (638nm)), and 1 sidescatter detector (SSC (488nm))
- Sterile cartridge-based sorting for cells up to 50µm in diameter (High Speed Cartridges up to 20µm and Large Cells Cartridges up to 50µm)
- Fast, gentle sorting with variable speeds depending on cartridge type (High Speed Cartridge at up to 110,000 events/s at 14psi or Large Cell Cartridge at up to 10,000 events/s at 9psi)
- Variable sorting chamber temperature control (4°C-25°C)
- Optional sample agitation via cartridge magnetic stirrer (100rpm-800rpm)
- 1-way sorting with sample flow-through retained for further analysis or sorting
